You only make a first impression once. In our fast-paced world, it takes less than ten seconds to make a lasting first impression. The way you introduce your organization online or in-person is critical to attracting and retaining donors.

Image and word choices are THE most critical communication tools to master for success. This web class will take a deep dive into the importance what it takes to share your impact stories as powerfully as possible.

You’ll learn three fun, powerful and effective communication tools to cause your mission to stand out in the crowded nonprofit sector. The tools will help you distill your work down to its most emotionally engaging essence. Plan to:

  • Learn the importance of clear, bold communication.
  • Learn the true definition of a mission moment and identify at least one from your organization.
  • Receive a template used by thousands to craft a powerful two-minute story.
  • Learn the power of “shorter” vs. longer when sharing a story.
  • Identify at least one 6-word story.
